Murray Gardens Court in Swan Hill is designed for retirement age singles and married couples. All Murray Gardens Court units are ground floor units of either one or two bedrooms, all with front and rear gardens and carport.

All units are light and spacious and are provided with heating and some with cooling. Two and one bedroom units are available, one bedroom with en suite. The lounge room and kitchen area are open plan and ample storage facilities are available. Individual clotheslines are provided.

Entertainment, health and fitness focused retirees will be in their element at Murray Gardens with the Leisure Centre, Sports and Showgrounds facilities so close to these units. Whether its fitness classes for older adults, water aerobics or swimming, it’s sure to please. In addition the central shopping district of Swan Hill is a mere 500m away.

Pets are allowed at Murray Gardens, upon prior agreement with Royal Freemasons.

Amenities Included in the Fees

General maintenance and gardening, rates and water usage are included in the fees. All have their own carport for resident’s cars and off street visitor parking is available.
